Enter the information as shown above.
"Your Name" should be whatever you want it to be.
"Email Address" and "User Name" should both be your full email address.
"Incoming" and "Outgoing" servers should both be "mail.wbyte.com"

When this is all filled in, click on the "More Settings" button.
Once you've done this, click the next button.
